BA in Security Studies (Specialty at Political Studies)

3 years (6 semesters)

ECTS points

„Security Studies” are the answer to the increasing interest in issues of international and national security as well as of various threats – not only conventional (military) – of the contemporary world. „Security Studies” offers an attractive form of classes taught by academics and experts with experience gained at governmental and local institutions, media and international organizations. Apart from political issues, specialization classes will focus on defense system of a state and on a wide range of issues of international security. Students will also have an opportunity to meet politicians, diplomats, scientists, civilian and military decision-makers and to undertake internships at selected institutions. Our students will have an opportunity to study for one or two semesters at a partner university within the European Union.

The charge of 2000 PLN/year applies for Polish and the EU/EFTA citizens. 2000 EUR/year for students from outside the EU/EFTA, exclusive of an additional 120 EUR charge that covers administrative fee (for students of Polish origin the tuition is reduced by 50%).
